Strony branżowe w Holandii dostały maila informującego o tym, że nowym właścicielem została spółka GSUKCO ltd. Po szybkim sprawdzeniu można się dowiedzieć, że firma ma… jednego członka. 75% udziałów ma w niej Nectar Nominees United. To z kolei jest spółka zarządzana przez… Scotta Rudmana, dotychczasowego wiceprezesa Glory.
Co to oznacza? Że ludzie związani z Glory Sports International utworzyli nowy podmiot, który przejął udziały, ale nie długi od „starego” właściciela. Od firmy CEO RES Events, będącej własnościa GSI, zajmującej się organizacją gal w Europie holenderscy dziennikarze nie doczekali się żadnego komentarza.

Limited. (the “Company“) by debentures holders in accordance with Clause 3.1 of the various debentures entered with the Company between 2018 and 2019

On July 2020 the Receiver entered into a sale and purchase agreement with GSUKCO Limited, a company with its registered adress at 29 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4HZ, United Kingdom (“GSUKCO“). In this regard, you are hereby notified that pusuant to the sale and purchase agreement, the Company’s rights and obligations under the Contract have been assigned to GSUKCO
